Chris Bivins

Founder & CEO, Black Frame Network

Chris Bivins is an award-winning producer, director, and media entrepreneur whose career has been built around one mission: creating opportunities through powerful storytelling. With experience producing content under the Paramount Global umbrella for BET's Ad Sales Production department, Chris has spent years developing compelling visual campaigns, branded entertainment, and original content that connects with audiences and drives cultural conversation.

Today, Chris serves as the Founder and CEO of Black Frame Network, a next-generation streaming platform created to redefine how emerging creators, filmmakers, entrepreneurs, and storytellers are discovered, celebrated, and monetized.

Black Frame Network exists to amplify voices that have traditionally been overlooked by mainstream media. Rather than waiting for creators to be given an opportunity, the platform creates one, providing a home for authentic stories that reflect culture, innovation, and the diverse experiences shaping the future of entertainment.

Under Chris's leadership, Black Frame Network is pioneering a creator-first business model that seamlessly integrates strategic brand partnerships and product placement into original programming. This approach allows creators to generate meaningful revenue while maintaining ownership of their creative vision, building a sustainable ecosystem where both artists and brands can thrive.

Chris believes that the future of media belongs to those willing to tell bold, authentic stories. Through Black Frame Network, he is committed to developing original programming that inspires audiences, empowers creators, and builds lasting cultural impact.

At its core, Black Frame Network is more than a streaming platform. It is a movement dedicated to helping the next generation step into the spotlight and stay there.

The question isn’t whether the future is coming. The question is: Are you in frame?
